In previous years, LLDC organized the Folk Festival, which was presented as a winter festival in 2023. In collaboration with Sahajeevan and the Centre for Pastoralism, LLDC presented the exhibition Living Lightly – Journeys with Pastoralists. There were also cultural performances such as theatre, dance, music and film screenings, craft bazaar, craft workshops, hands-on activities and food.
