Refund Policy

• If you need to cancel your museum entry ticket/s, which you have booked online, you can do it from our website or our mobile app or you can contact us on +91-89803 29090 or +91-2832-229090. Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the date of the visit will  receive a refund minus a 2% processing fee.
• Some programs/events may have special cancellation policies; see individual program descriptions for such cancellations.
• The LLDC Craft Museum reserves the right to cancel a ticket/program at any time. If  the LLDC Craft Museum cancels a show/program after a ticket is purchased, you will receive a full refund.
