In 2021, due to the Covid 19 pandemic, LLDC decided not to organise the Heritage Festival (in the past we called it Folk Festival). So we celebrated on virtual platforms with Bhavan’s Cultural Centre in Mumbai. Virtually, Kutch and Saurashtra presented cultural programmes.
